The basic issue to consider before deciding to hire a new employee is: "How will the employment of a new employee affect the company, its efficiency, work atmosphere, etc.". At the same time, it should be remembered that not only the knowledge and experience of the candidate are important, but also the possibility of integrating the future employee into the company's structures without any conflicts.

Not necessarily, sometimes it is worth choosing a person slightly different from the others, one who can dynamize the team's activities, go beyond the usual patterns of action - bring a breath of freshness to him.
